For seven years I ran an entertainment lighting service department. The deadline was always a truck: if the gear wasn't fixed and loaded, the event had to change its plans. That's where I learned to find the real fault fast and fix it properly.
I trained in robotics and mechatronics engineering, so I look at how a business actually runs: where work comes in, where it gets stuck, where it gets typed twice. Then I find the point where it leaks and build the fix, usually in software and sometimes as a physical part.
I use AI tools to get the first 80% done fast, and you never have to touch them. The last 20% is the hard part. That's where my understanding of your problem and my experience turn it into something that actually works for your team.
