How Neutrino case studies work

What a typical engagement looks like

Most stories here start with the Discovery & Opportunities Assessment or the free Operations Readiness Scorecard. Opportunities get documented in a written report, then the build is quoted at a fixed price.

Deliverables are scoped before work begins — no surprise invoices and no open-ended retainers.

What each case study contains

Every published story follows the same structure so you can compare them: the situation before the engagement in the client's own words, the specific bottleneck identified during the assessment, what was actually built, how long it took, and the measurable change afterwards. Where a number is an estimate rather than a measurement, it is labelled as one.

What went wrong gets recorded too. Scoping decisions that turned out to be unnecessary, or a build that took longer than quoted, are more useful to a prospective client than a highlight reel — and a fixed-price model means those overruns cost us rather than you.

Why this page is honest about being early

Neutrino is a young Australian practice, and an empty shelf beats invented testimonials. Published case studies require written client approval on the specific wording and the specific numbers, which takes time — particularly for the operational detail that makes a story worth reading.

Pioneer cohort clients are the first group being asked. In exchange for a free or discounted assessment they agree to an honest written account of the engagement, including the parts that did not go smoothly.

To evaluate us before any case study exists, the guides are the best available proxy. They contain the actual diagnostic method used in assessments — how to trace a job end to end, how to score bottlenecks by frequency against cost, how to separate a training problem from a system problem. If that reasoning looks right to you, the assessment will feel familiar.
