About Neutrino
We help businesses fix what’s stuck — and ship the fix.
Neutrino helps Australian businesses of any kind. We look at what’s hard — messy tools, slow websites, AI that never ships, or a custom part you can’t buy ready-made — then build the fix at a clear price.

Why we exist
Most businesses don’t have a strategy problem. They have a systems problem.
We’re new. The pattern we’re built around isn’t. In small and medium businesses everywhere, the same thing keeps playing out: the strategy is always clear, but the system to make it happen isn’t.
Neutrino exists to be that system. Not another deck. Not another SaaS subscription. Not another agency that ships code and then disappears when ops or hardware come up. One team — software, operational design, and custom physical builds — taking a business from “we know what’s broken” to “it’s shipped.” No retainer that quietly outlives the project.
Fixed price. Fixed timeline. Every business problem has its unique quirks — we take the time to understand these first, leaning into engineering experience to find the opportunities, then we build your biggest wins first.
We’re not trying to be the biggest agency. Or the cheapest. We’re trying to make a meaningful difference to your business.
How we work
Three principles that decide every project.
These aren’t values on a wall. They’re the tests we run before we scope anything.
Build, don't just advise
Advice decks don't ship. We look at the problem, then build the fix — something working you can point at.
Useful over trendy
We pick the tool that fits the job, not the one trending online. Sometimes the right answer is no AI at all.
Honest about scope
We'll say when something is bigger than we said, when an idea isn't ready, or when you don't need us yet.
What we cover
Three disciplines, one team.
Most projects touch more than one — software that only works if the process changes, or a prototype that only matters once the data layer exists.
Digital systems
AI agents, automations, internal tools, CRMs, and the integrations that make them feel like one product.
Operational design
Process before software. Sometimes the problem is a workflow, not a missing tool.
Physical prototyping
CAD, 3D printing, small-run fabrication, and coordinated maker partners as the Ideas Network launches — plus in-house delivery when the fix needs something you can hold.
Services
What we build for Australian businesses.
AI systems
Helpers that sit in your real tools — answer questions from your files, sort leads, cut busywork. Built to ship, not just demo.
Websites & CRM
Web systems for how you sell and serve — sites and CRM that catch leads and keep the data honest.
Workflow automation
Web systems that wrap copy-paste busywork in flows that run every day and tell you when something breaks.
Internal tools
Web systems for your team — simple apps and dashboards for how work actually happens.
Operational redesign
Fix the process before adding more software. Sometimes the problem is the steps, not the tool.
Custom parts & fabrication
The custom thing you can't buy ready-made — finished one-offs and test pieces when off-the-shelf will not do. An easy way to start a build.
CAD & product design
From sketch to a model you can make. Design files ready for print or manufacture.
Local visibility & Maps
Google Maps and local search work that helps nearby customers find you.
How we quote
From report to fixed quote — no guesswork on build cost
Every build is quoted at a fixed price from your Opportunities Report, agreed before work starts. These ranges are for scoping a conversation — not a quote.
- AI & automation: AUD $8,000–$35,000
- Custom software, internal tools & CRM: AUD $6,000–$40,000
- Custom parts, CAD & fabrication: AUD $5,000–$35,000
These are indicative ranges for what work of this kind costs, not quotes, and not a claim about past project outcomes.
Step 1 of 4: Opportunities Report
Within five business days you get a written report — every opportunity we found, ranked by impact vs. effort. You keep it whether you build with us or not.
Step 2 of 4: Choose what to build
Pick the items that matter most. No obligation to proceed. We'll tell you honestly if something isn't worth building.
Step 3 of 4: Fixed quote
We scope a fixed-price statement of work from your report — clear deliverables, timeline, and price. No hourly creep, no open-ended retainer.
Step 4 of 4: Build & handover
We ship it, document it, and hand it over. You own the result. Assessment fee credited toward the build when you sign within the credit window.
Assessment fee credited in full toward your Neutrino build when you sign a SOW within 90 days. GST not applicable on assessment fees.
