Data deletion & your account

Delete your Neutrino account (signed-in)

If you have an account, the fastest way to remove your data from our app is to use Profile → Settings → Delete account. That runs our full deletion process for your user record, subject to Australian legal retention (tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and similar obligations).

Facebook / Meta

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove the app from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove Neutrino. Meta may send us a data deletion request; we respond with a confirmation link and code, and we unlink or delete your account according to whether you use other sign-in methods. What we delete (summary)

• Customer (project owner): Deleting your account removes projects you own and related data, subject to legal retention.
• Creator (measurer, designer, or maker): If you delete your account, we unassign you from other people's projects and return those projects to the quoting / bid pool where appropriate. Design files and project artefacts stay with the project for the customer; we notify our team so we can support affected customers.

Email requests

You can also email privacy@neutrino.au from the address on your account. We will confirm receipt and explain any retention that applies under Australian law.

Check status of a deletion request

After Meta or our system issues a confirmation code, open Data deletion status and enter your code (or use the link we gave you).
