Assessment Order

1. Service

Neutrino Pty Ltd provides:

• 45-minute discovery video call
• Written Opportunities Report within 5 business days
• 30-minute follow-up call to review findings

2. Fee

Fees are prepaid before the discovery call. Current fees are shown at booking: remote assessment and on-site Full Business Day options. GST not applicable while Neutrino Pty Ltd is not GST-registered.

On-site visits include travel up to the cap stated at booking for metro and regional visits. Interstate visits or visits requiring accommodation may incur an additional travel quote before confirmation. Any agreed travel surcharge forms part of the fee paid.

Pioneer cohort: free remote assessment in exchange for a written testimonial per separate testimonial terms. Pioneer on-site pricing applies the pioneer benefit toward the on-site day rate as shown at booking.

3. Build credit

If you proceed to a fixed-price Neutrino build, we credit 100% of the assessment fee you paid toward that build when you sign a Statement of Work within 90 days of receiving your Opportunities Report. Pioneer assessments receive a list-value credit as shown at booking. Credit applies to any fixed-price build; it is non-transferable and cannot be combined with a guarantee refund for the same assessment.

4. Actionable-Opportunities Guarantee

For paid assessments only:

• Applies to paid assessments only — not the free pioneer cohort.
• You must request a refund in writing within 14 days of receiving the Opportunities Report.
• Does not apply if the report lists actionable opportunities you choose not to pursue.
• Does not apply after you attend the follow-up strategy call and acknowledge receipt of ranked opportunities.
• Neutrino may offer a goodwill partial credit instead of a refund when outcomes are borderline (for example, a single low-effort item only).

5. Refunds & rescheduling

See the Refund Policy (Consultancy & Assessment section). Summary:

• Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled call
• No refund after the Opportunities Report is delivered, except under the Actionable-Opportunities Guarantee (see section 3 above)
• One free reschedule with 24+ hours notice

6. No build obligation

The assessment is advisory. Any build work requires a separate Statement of Work and Consultancy Client Agreement accepted at build deposit payment.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies.

8. Governing law

Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction for B2B parties.
