Refund Policy

Neutrino refund eligibility depends on project stage for marketplace and consultancy engagements.

This summary explains our general approach; your Statement of Work or platform agreement governs specific engagements.

Consultancy builds

Fixed-price consultancy builds follow the refund stages in your Statement of Work. Assessment fees may be credited toward a build within 90 days as described on the assessment page.

If you cancel before work begins, eligible fees are handled as set out in your signed agreement.

Marketplace projects

Marketplace escrow projects follow milestone-based release rules. Disputes are handled per the Marketplace Platform Agreement.
