Show us how your work really happens — a full day on-site
Before anyone proposes another tech bandaid — a full day at your premises mapping paper trails, tribal knowledge, and disconnected systems. You get a more substantial written Opportunities Report from that time on the floor, plus a follow-up strategy call to walk through it.

When a Zoom call isn't enough
- Critical workflows live on paper, whiteboards, or in people's heads
- Nobody has mapped how work moves between teams and systems
- A 45-minute Zoom won't surface where time and money actually leak
On-premises workflow context

We map how work really moves — forms, whiteboards, handoffs, and the systems behind them — before anyone proposes another tech bandaid.
Paper trails and tribal knowledge on the shop floor
Yards, workshops, and construction sites — not just the boardroom
Mark holds a current WorkSafe construction induction and various plant licences — and he's no stranger to construction sites, site inductions, and PPE rules.

FAQ
- When should I book on-site instead of the remote assessment?
- Choose on-site when your problems are physical, paper-based, or spread across manual handoffs that won't show up on a screen-share. If a 45-minute Zoom is enough to explain your systems, start with the remote assessment.
- How does on-site scheduling work?
- You book an 8-hour calendar block at your preferred start time (available slots every 30 minutes, 7am–8pm). We spend the day at your premises observing how work actually flows.
- What does it cost?
- The on-site Full Business Day is $3,500 AUD. Pioneer customers receive a discount that brings the on-site day to $2,525 AUD. Travel is included for metro and regional visits. Full fee credited toward your Neutrino build within 90 days.
- Can you visit an active workshop, yard, or construction site?
- Yes. Mark holds a current WorkSafe construction induction and various plant licences, and is used to working on active construction and industrial sites. We'll complete your site induction and follow your PPE rules — mention any extra requirements when you book.
- Is the on-site report the same as the remote assessment report?
- Same format and follow-up call — but substantially more depth. Eight hours on your floor surfaces paper trails, handoffs, and friction a 45-minute Zoom can't reach, so the Opportunities Report reflects that richer input.
- Can I start remote and upgrade later?
- Yes. After you book your remote discovery call, you can upgrade to an on-site day from your assessment portal — we'll apply what you've already paid toward the day rate.
