Some jobs are bigger than The Two-Week Fix: several systems, several teams, or a build in the $10,000 to $30,000 range. Those get scoped properly before anything is built. The first step is the same free 30-minute call.

How a bigger project runs

The free call
Share your screen and walk me through what isn't working. If it fits in about two weeks, it's The Two-Week Fix. If it's bigger, I'll tell you on the call.
Step 2
The Opportunities Report
A paid scoping step: a 45-minute online discovery session, a written report within 3 business days ranking what to fix by impact and effort, and a 30-minute follow-up. $975.
Step 3
The build
A fixed-scope build agreed in writing. The full $975 is credited if you sign a build within 90 days of receiving the report.
Do you need the report?
- Do I need it for The Two-Week Fix?
- No. If the fix is one process that fits in about two weeks, you go straight from the free call to a free working sample. The report is only for projects that touch several systems or teams.
- What do I get?
- A written report ranking what to fix by impact and effort, and a 30-minute follow-up to go through it. It's yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.
Report terms
- Price: $975. GST not applicable.
- Turnaround: the online report within 3 business days of the discovery session; the on-site report within 5 business days of the on-site day.
- Credit: the full fee is credited toward a build if you sign one within 90 days of receiving the report.
- Refund: Full refund if you claim in writing within 14 days of report delivery.
- This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
On-site day
For paper-based or shop-floor workflows, I can spend a full business day on site instead of the online session. $3,500, with the written report within 5 business days.
