What happens next
Maybe it's a website, a web-based tool, a workflow fix, or a product prototype — you don't need the perfect brief. Tell Spark what you're trying to achieve. We'll capture it in your words and fast-track you into the same 1:1 assessment and discovery call as the scorecard.
Scorecard FAQs
- What is the Operations Readiness Scorecard?
- A free 15-question diagnostic for Australian small and medium businesses. It scores operational readiness across systems and data, operations and workflow, and growth and innovation — then returns immediate ranked recommendations. Built by Neutrino, an Australian build partner.
- What does operational readiness mean?
- Operational readiness means your business can find information quickly, move work through the team without manual drag, and ship improvements without adding headcount. Low readiness usually signals duplicate tools, spreadsheet handoffs, or ideas stuck in planning.
- How long does the scorecard take?
- Under 3 minutes. There are 15 questions — mostly yes/no and multiple choice. You receive your score and recommendations immediately after completing the quiz.
- Is the Neutrino scorecard free?
- Yes. The scorecard is free with no login required. If you want a deeper diagnosis, you can optionally book a 45-minute 1:1 assessment (pioneer slots may still be free) for a written Opportunities Report.
- What happens after I complete the scorecard?
- You receive an immediate readiness score and tailored insights. The natural next step is Neutrino's Discovery & Opportunities Assessment — a 45-minute Zoom call plus a written Opportunities Report ranking every opportunity by impact vs effort.
- Is this only for Australian businesses?
- The scorecard is designed for Australian businesses — referencing common tools like Xero and MYOB and Australian business patterns. Neutrino serves businesses Australia-wide from a Melbourne base.
- How is this different from a strategy consultant?
- The scorecard is self-serve diagnostics. Neutrino is a build partner — we ship fixed-price systems, not slide decks. If you want a deeper view, the 1:1 assessment produces an Opportunities Report you can implement yourself or with us.
- Is my scorecard data private?
- Yes. Your responses are used to generate your score and recommendations. See Neutrino's Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
